Introduction

This part of the web site provides all curriculum materials from "Educating the Community about Sexual Assault and the Management of Sex Offenders in the Community" in formats that are easy to download and/or print. This aspect of the web site is designed to assist you to generate electronic and/or paper copies of the materials to be used in planning and delivering a training or community meeting.

When you identify pieces of the curriculum that you would like to download in electronic form or print directly, you can go to the Download Center and "click" on the materials in which you are interested. Use the "save as" function to save the files on a local disk or hard drive, or "print" them on a local printer.

The curriculum's presentation slides are found at the Download Center in two forms: as easily printable (PDF) files and as PowerPoint files. You can view the PowerPoint files by downloading the PowerPoint Viewer provided on this web site.

  • If you have PowerPoint software installed on the computer you are using, you can simply save the PowerPoint versions of the slides on a local disk or hard drive, and then use all of the features of the PowerPoint program to print the slides, display them on an LCD projector, create an "outline" version, etc.

  • If you do not have PowerPoint software installed on the computer you are using, you can save the electronic versions of the slides on a local disk or hard drive, or print them out to be photocopied onto transparencies for use in a presentation (and/or photocopied onto paper for use as handouts for training participants).
